Welcome to 2012 to all our customers. I trust that you all had an enjoyable Chinese New Year and are rearing to go into the rest of the year ahead.

I hope it is not too optimistic to expect another good year although the signs are there already that the momentum is slowing. Rising steel bar rate must have a throttling affect even though there is some suggestion that it will go down again. I personally do not support this view. There were over millions valued worth of projects (water supply, bridges, roads and buildings) announce and start at the end of 2011, the highest for many years.

2012 is an election year for Malaysia, a type of election which may affect the business Malaysia in that there could be increased uncertainty due to the new government process, a large change indeed.

At Corpex we are looking forward to the year in a positive manner and continuing to strengthen the ties we have with our customers. We look forward to present our increased ranged of hardware and consumer products, improved means of customer service and warehousing and delivery units later in the year amongst the many other products we bring you.
